Since this has been something I have been asked at least 3 times since I opened my Business in June of 2010 I want to answer the question on here as well: "Is is true that I can give you a written consent to waive draping and be massaged in the nude?" The general answer per Florida Law is YES... BUT I, Tanja Richter LMT do not, regardless if written consent to waive draping is given or not, massage any client without being draped. To me it has something to do with Boundaries, Professionalism and Respect towards me as your Massage Therapist and towards you as my client.
