Scheduling: Due to limited availability please try to schedule your Appointments in advance by calling or texting (for current clients only) the Office at 850-356-0292
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time; any tardiness will result in time deducted from your session. If you are a new client, please arrive at least 5 minutes early in order to fill out any necessary forms.
Arriving 15 Minutes late is considered a missed appointment. You will be asked to reschedule and pay for your missed Session in Full.
Cancellation Policy: I enforce a strict 24 hour cancellation Policy. "A Text or Social Media Message is NOT an accepted way to cancel your appointment".
Phone Cancellations recieved on Monday's & Tuesday's (when the Office is closed) for a Wednesday appointment are seen as less then 24 hour notice given and handled accordingly.
Cancellation Fees:
Current and New Clients will be charged a $25 Fee for their first less then 24 Hour Notice given and the full Service Fee thereafter. No Call No Show Clients will be charged the Full Service and any Add-on Fees. Invoices are due within 14 days of your scheduled appointment date & time. Clients who do not pay their Invoices within 14 days will not be allowed to schedule any future Sessions.
Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at time of service and can ONLY be used by the person whose name appears on the Certificate (it cannot be used by a relative, friend, husband, wife etc).
Lost or stolen certificates are also non-refundable and are invalid.
There is no time limit on when a Gift Certificate can be used unless it was bought at a cheaper price (less then $115 for 90 Minute or $85 for 60 Minute Massage) in which case 1 Year from purchase date applies.
Packages: All Massage Packages are valid for one year from date of purchase and are non-transferable.
